Rates shown or shared by our team are estimates until cargo details, weight, dimensions, route, service type, and pickup or delivery requirements are confirmed. A booking is accepted only after our team confirms the shipment details.
Customers must provide accurate sender, receiver, cargo, value, contact, and delivery information. Customers are responsible for ensuring goods are lawful, correctly declared, and suitable for transport by air or sea.
We may advise on cartons, wooden boxes, wrapping, labeling, and fragile handling. Poorly packed or undeclared fragile items may carry additional risk. Extra packing services may have additional charges.
Charges may include freight, pickup, delivery, packing, storage, clearance, handling, or other route-specific costs. Payment terms must be followed before release or delivery where required.
Transit times can be affected by airline or vessel schedules, customs checks, inspections, weather, documentation issues, restricted items, holidays, or destination-side delays. Customers must not send prohibited or unsafe goods.
Tracking updates are provided for convenience and may depend on operational scans, partner updates, and route events. We may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS for shipment coordination.
Any concern about loss, damage, shortage, or delay must be reported promptly with tracking details and supporting evidence. Liability, where applicable, may be limited by shipment type, declared details, service terms, and partner carrier rules.
